Coronavirus Updates

As our member community makes plans to join us in July for InfoAg Conference and Tradeshow, we want to assure our exhibitors, attendees, speakers and partners that we are proceeding as planned to hold a safe, productive and successful event.
The safety of our show community remains our highest priority and we continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments closely, following guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
We have received some inquiries from exhibitors and attendees about how our plans are evolving in light of recent COVID-19 developments and we want to assure our show community that we are continuing to follow national and local public health guidelines closely and implementing appropriate measures which include:
  • Public health messaging displayed and shared pre and during the event
  • Strengthened hygiene, sanitization, and availability of disinfectants
  • Upgraded medical support onsite

We are committed to providing a continuous source of information as the current situation evolves. Following are recent updates:
Attendee and exhibitor interest in InfoAg is already high, and we are eagerly anticipating another successful event.
We are implementing all guidance and recommended safety measures issued by the World Health Organizations (WHO), the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local health authorities.
We continue to work with all show partners including Union Station Hotel, the St. Louis Convention and Visitor Bureau, the airport authority, and area hotels to ensure the safety of all show participants is the highest priority at the event.
Exhibitors and attendees can expect to see heightened levels of cleanliness and onsite accommodations to actively encourage all show participants to take common-sense precautions following CDC guidelines when they are onsite at the show.
As a standard practice at TFI events, medical care is readily accessible to address immediate health concerns.
The city of St. Louis and the Union Station Hotel are continuing to maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards throughout public spaces, resorts and meeting facilities and hosts successful trade events daily.
We will continually monitor the travel situations of exhibitors and attendees who are impacted by the travel restrictions and will work with them on options in the absence of being able to attend in 2020.
We will continue to provide our show community with regular updates.
