Starting in Agriculture and Conservation at a young age, Adam was raised on a small livestock and row crop farm in Northeast Missouri. He received his B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife in 2008 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After graduation Adam worked 11 years for the Missouri Department of Conservation most recently as a Wildlife Management Biologist managing Missouri public lands for wildlife. In January of 2019 Adam started working for MFA incorporated as a Natural Resources Conservation Specialist housed within the Agronomy division currently working on integrating conservation practices, soil health, carbon quantification, and nutrient management into production agriculture.
Jay Matthews is a Technical Agronomist for GROWMARK in Iowa. Prior to this role he was a crop specialist for 16 years at AgVantage FS in NE Iowa. In his time as crop specialist Jay worked closely with his customers and the NRCS to implement conservation strategies on their farms to increase their profitability while also reducing their environmental impact.
Todd Nichols is the team lead for NutriCrop Solutions.
Todd grew up on a corn, soybean, wheat and tobacco farm in Western Kentucky.
Attended college at Western Kentucky University & Kentucky Community and Technical College.
Todd has been engaged in precision ag since 2006 with his roles in farming, as a crop scout, precision agronomist and precision ag adjunct instructor.
In 2012, Todd started building Sekure Crop Solutions 360 (now NutriCrop Solutions) working for Security Seed and Chemical which was acquired by Nutrien in January of 2019.
Jeremy W. Wilson
Jeremy was raised on a family farm near Olney, Illinois where he operates an 800 acre grain farm with family. He graduated from Wabash Valley Jr. College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Agriculture Production and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University in May of 1995. He started his working career with a Crop Insurance Company as a loss adjuster in 1995 then went to work for Wabash Valley Service Company as a crop specialist in 1999 and in July 2006 accepted the position as Technology Specialist for Crop IMS, an information management, scouting and technology company based in south central Illinois. In February of 2019 he was named Senior Vice President of Digital Agronomic Solutions for EFC Systems based in Brentwood Tennessee.
