Kaitlin Flick is District Agronomist with MFA-Inc. Kaitlin is originally from Pleasant Hill, Missouri and attended college at the University of Missouri to study Plant Sciences. Kaitlin began her career with MFA as a crop consultant and became a District Agronomist in 2019 where she covers Central & West Central Missouri training and developing crop consultants and local agronomist. Kaitlin currently resides in Boonville, Missouri where she runs a small cattle herd and is active on the Cooper County MU Extension Board.

Scott Shearer received his Ph.D. in agricultural engineering from Ohio State in 1986. Currently, he serves as Professor and Chair of Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Ohio State. Highlights of his research career include development of controls for metering and spatial applying crop inputs, modeling of agricultural field machinery, autonomous field machinery, and strategies for deployment of sUAS in agriculture. He has lead research supported by over $15M in grants; authored more than 200 technical publications; and has made numerous invited presentations at international conferences, professional meetings and farmer forums. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers.
Simcha is first a family man and father of four. Simcha is also a 20-year veteran of the security sector where he designed and managed multiple remote sensing platforms. Five years ago Simcha decided to use his knowledge in remote sensing for agriculture and founded AgroScout. Simcha holds a Master’s degree.
