Whole Farm Conservation Planning in Ag Retail
Grower relationships are where agricultural input providers can really have an impact on conservation. In order to grow those customer relationships it takes in-depth knowledge from staff on conservation programs, carbon markets, and how regenerative agriculture can work hand in hand. I will go into partnerships developed in Missouri and how we utilize those to impact staff knowledge and the services we provide to our member owners.

Adam Jones
Starting in Agriculture and Conservation at a young age, Adam was raised on a small livestock and row crop farm in Northeast Missouri. He received his B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife in 2008 from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After graduation Adam worked 11 years for the Missouri Department of Conservation most recently as a Wildlife Management Biologist managing Missouri public lands for wildlife. In January of 2019 Adam started working for MFA incorporated as a Natural Resources Conservation Specialist housed within the Agronomy division currently working on integrating conservation practices, soil health, carbon quantification, and nutrient management into production agriculture.
