Biography
Mark Waschek joined Ag 1 Source in 2006. Since that time he has been responsible for leading the Agronomy, Seed, Crop Production, and Grain activities of the organization in the upper Midwest. He became a partner in the firm in 2007, was named Vice President, Agronomy in 2013, and has continued to be a leader in the industry while working with job seekers and organizations throughout the US and Canada. Mark has partnered with employers and job seekers to place everything from sales people to CEOs, and has successfully improved hiring practices in companies ranging from small agronomy operations to Fortune 100 companies. In addition to recruiting and consulting, Mark has been writing Human Resource based articles for CropLife Magazine since 2008, and has assisted several state and national ag retail organizations develop programs and resources to improve hiring and employee related practices for their members.

Biography
Mike Koenecke leads and directs the Ag 1 Source Destination Employer© program. A proven approach that enables employers to create a process where the employee talent lifecycle is fully maximized from recruiting through succession and talent is high performing. He most recently held the role of HR Recruitment/Talent Management for Ag Partners LLC, a mid-west recognized Agronomy, Grain and Feed organization in Northwest Iowa. His responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, staff management, training, and organizational development for a 240 full-time employee staff.

Mike is a graduate from Buena Vista University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and is a designated PHR/SHRM-CP with 12 years of service in human resource roles, 10 of those in agriculturally focused HR and recruiting pursuits. Mike has also previously served on the board for ACES (Agricultural Cooperative Employment Services) supporting 23 member cooperatives in the Midwest.

Mike is President for his local SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) chapter, treasury board member for his local YMCA, board member for Love Takes Root, a non-profit Haiti charitable organization and a board of elders for his local church. From Northwest Iowa, he is an active participant in his family's row crop farming operation. Mike, his wife Katie, and three children, Jack, Karson, and Claire reside in Spencer Iowa on their family acreage.
