Dr. Kevin Price is an early retired university professor who taught remote sensing at the graduate level for 28 years and for 16 years was the associate director of one of the largest remote sensing programs in the US. He has over 200 published scientific papers and conducted research in countries all over the world. He served as a scientific advisor to a former US Secretary of State, NASA, NOAA, and testified before US Senate and Congressional Subcommittees. During his career, he has spoken at over 400 conferences, and in the past 5 years has been the keynote or invited speaker on drone technologies and their applications in agriculture and natural resource management at over 100 conference around the world. He is currently employed by Air Data Solutions (airdatasolutions.com) and works closely with three other companies in aerial data acquisition, oil and gas pipeline corridor monitoring and assessment, electric utility maintenance optimization, and agriculture, wildlife, rangelands, forestlands monitoring and condition assessment.
