ClearAg: Focusing on Ag Management Zones

Precision agriculture can create significant value through analytics of in-field variability, resulting in a better-informed crop input and field management strategy, which supports producer profitability on an aggregate farm business scale.  Iteris has extensive experience in the characterization of moisture transport within the soil profile and is introducing improved market value for our precision ag customers who want to apply this to agricultural challenges managing soil nutrients and moisture to optimize crop production. “ClearAg Focus” offers new platform capabilities that can characterize these factors in each field crop management zone based on proven soil physical property relationships.  Iteris’ newest product, “ClearAg IMFocus” is particularly important as it integrates the ClearAg Focus platform capability in order to make irrigation water and energy use more efficient, while optimizing water uptake by crops.
