John grew up on a 2,000 acre fruit and vegetable farm in Ohio. In 2004, he arrived at Auburn University in the Biosystems Engineering Department and has been conducting research and extension efforts focused on precision agriculture and machinery automation. Johns educational background includes a B.A. degree from Wittenberg University in physics and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in biosystems and agricultural engineering from the University of Kentucky. John leads the Alabama Precision Agricultural program at Auburn University providing timely information to farmers and consultants related to precision agriculture and was recently named the 2013 Precision Ag Researcher / Educator of the Year by PrecisionAg.com and in 2014 became ALFAs Endowed Professor of Agriculture at Auburn University.

Phil grew up in northern Illinois, earning a bachelor’s degree in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. For just over three years, he worked in equipment sales and precision ag at Sloan Implement, a John Deere dealer with locations throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Since 2016, he has been in Product Management at Kuhn North America’s headquarters in Brodhead, WI. Phil's duties focus on a wide range of products imported from Kuhn's European factories and also produced domestically. In his spare time, he enjoys running, model railroading, and spending time with his family.

Craig Fenstermaker has worked for New Leader since 1999 and has held numerous roles including Product Support Manager, and currently as a New Leader Product Manager/Specialist. Prior to joining New Leader, Craig worked for Massey Ferguson/AGCO for 25 years in various corporate positions. In his years with New Leader, Craig has been instrumental in bringing new concepts and technologies to the New Leader product line. Craig’s hands-on experience and knowledge of practices and applications around the world have helped bring exciting technologies and support tools to the North American market.
